Description: Telstra is a 400 store network offering voice, entertainment, sports, music, wireless services and solutions for enterprise, small business and consumers. This is their visual merchandising strategy launched in 2014.

Description: Application of the visual merchandising strategy and development of the brand experience design to the Sydney Flagship Store—the new face of Telstra.

Project: $420m new construction
Description: Competitive selection/interview process where I led our creative approach. Worked intimately with the architects and ownership through many iterations of visit choreography, sponsorship opportunities and brand activation scenarios. Experience Master Plan, fan engagement and thematic narrative development. I also led the signage and wayfinding design. What stands out in the photos is the great arena architecture. What stands out in my mind is managing a complex web of inputs to create a 365/multi-use, sports and entertainment destination.

Project: Verizon Innovation Program (Boston, San Francisco + London)
Description: I was the creative and client engagement lead, working with Verizon for three years to evolve, shape and transform their innovation program. The center in London was an IoT hub for Europe. One of three digital interactive installations explores Verizon's entire ecosystem. I led the creation of this easy to explore universe and social media aggregator that's been persistent for years across Verizon's B2B and special event footprint.

Description: Complete re-tooling of the visit and incubator experience, helping Verizon convey their innovation POV and meaningfully engage/interact/consult. This project represents a dramatic and successful shift in Verizon's B2B program and allowed them to engage with customers in a rich, consultative fashion. This official social media post shows the "Smart Cities Augmented Reality" sandbox and a key feature to the experience design: side by side consultation and collaboration.

Description: Continuing the evolution of the Umpqua Bank brand, customer and associate experience for a new market. Note: children's theater plays out on the first weekend of store operation. Project: Competitive Public Art Commission
Description: Known as "whale ribs" to the locals, this 1.5' x 100' site-specific sculpture leverages the actual size of the world's largest creature to convey the beauty of sunset surfing (in my mind) and the practicality of high noon (in maritime navigation). The interpretive installation feels as if it's just been uncovered by an ocean storm.

Description: The Barn at Domainne Margelle is a discoverable destination within the vineyard. Using wood felled and milled on site, salvaged windows and lighting, this piece of infrastructure plays host to family traditions, weddings and events.

Project: $40m Hotel Renovation—Provenance Hotels
Description: A top ten US hotel in Conde Nast’s reader’s poll. Shaping the guest experience are floors themed after individual artists. These design/build installations are core to the brand and reveal each artists process and inspiration. All graphics and imagery are etched in glass—casting the artists in their own medium.
